1. Digital goods

All products are digital accounts, credentials, or license keys delivered automatically after payment confirms.

2. Instant delivery

Orders are fulfilled automatically 24/7 once payment is confirmed. Delivery is sent to the email used at checkout.

3. Warranty — 1 hour dead-on-delivery (DoD)

If credentials cannot log in at delivery (dead on delivery), you may request one replacement within 1 hour of purchase by opening a support ticket with your order email and proof.

Not covered: bans after successful use, password/credential changes by the platform, buyer misuse, or items labeled NO WARRANTY (sold as-is).

4. Support & replacements

Replacements are handled only via store support tickets at /support. Telegram is for restocks and announcements — not replacements.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not offered once credentials are delivered. DoD claims within the warranty window are resolved via replacement when eligible.

6. Prohibited use

You may not resell, share publicly, or use products for fraud or illegal activity.
